Owner’s Representation
We act as an extension of your team on projects involving industrial automation, building systems, and infrastructure, keeping your priorities front and center from planning through closeout.

A process designed to be boring on the day of cutover.
Four phases. Each one ends with something the owner can hold, sign, or run. We don’t believe in deliverables that exist only inside a PDF.
PHASE 01
Listen and read.
We start with your drawings, your basis of design, your operations team, and the contractor’s last three RFIs. We tell you what we found before we tell you what to do.

PHASE 02
Frame the work.
We define scope, schedule, and the boundary between what we own and what your team owns. We agree on what success looks like at commissioning before parts are ordered.
Scope & success criteria
PHASE 03
Stay in the room.
Design review, submittal coordination, implementation, field walks, RFI responses, change-order reviews. We don’t disappear between milestones. The senior engineer on the proposal is the one in the meeting.
Weekly engineering log
PHASE 04
Close it out.
Commissioning, point-to-point checkout, training, and warranty walkthrough. We don’t sign off until the system runs the way the document said it would, and your operators can run it without us.

One of our principals joins your team for the duration of a phase or a project, with a clear scope. The most common shape. Best when you need expertise but not a headcount.

Owner’s rep across a portfolio
Multi-year accountability across several capital projects. We sit on your side of the table from program planning through final closeout, with a defined chain of communication and a single name on the dotted line.
